Refund and Cancellation Policy

💳 1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at admin@pixelect.in.

1.2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

1.3. You will continue to have access to all features included in your subscription plan until the end of your current billing period.

💰 2. Refund Policy

2.1. No Refund Policy: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered or time-based subscriptions.

2.2. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues that completely prevent the use of our services and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
• Incorrect charges or billing errors
• Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 48 consecutive hours)

2.3. Ineligible for Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
• Changes in business needs or circumstances
• Failure to use the service
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Expiry of subscription or trial period

📝 3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support team at admin@pixelect.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Date of payment
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Any relevant details or documentation supporting your request

3.2. We will review your refund request and respond within 7 business days.

3.3. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4.1. You may downgrade your subscription plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.2. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time on your current plan when downgrading.

5.1. If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.

5.2. If we terminate your account for any other reason, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, at our discretion.
